1 1/2 cups oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup pecans
2 cups sugar
2 cups chopped apples

Mix all ingredients except apples and nuts. Beat well.

Stir in apples and nuts.

Pour in greased 9x13x2-inch pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350
