Tuna Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Elbow Macaroni (8oz.) pkg. cooked and drained
1 Tbsp. Grated Onion
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Can Evaporated Milk
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Pepper
2 Tbsp, Sliced Stuffed Olives (opt.)
2 (6-1/2) oz. Cans Chunk Style Tuna, Drained
1 1/2 Cup Grated Cracker Barrel or and Sharp Cheddar

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup grated cheese.

Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over top and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min.

Serves 4 to 6
