1 Lb. Ground Beef 1/2 C. Minced Onion 1 Clove Garlic 2 Tbsp. Butter 2 Tbsp.
Flour Scant 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Pepper 1/4 C. Water 1 (4oz.) can Mushrooms, with liquid 1 can Cream
of Chicken Soup, undiluted 1 c. Sour Cream
Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
Stir in next six ingredients.
Cook five minutes.
Stir in soup; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat through
but do not allow it to boil.
Serve over Noodles or Rice
