3 to 4 pound roast
1 tablespoon oregano
5 bay leaves
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon black pepper
Dash of garlic salt
Salt
1 onion

Put in a pan; cover with water.

Cook until done (can be put in the over).

When done take out bay leaves and shred with a fork.

Put on garlic bread or on buns
