Never-Fail Pot Roast

4 pound pot roast (very lean)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Use a large sheet of heavy duty foil or two thickness of standard foil.

On this, place pot roast.

Over this, spread the combined soup and mix.

Seal all securely in the foil.

Bake at 350 for 3 hours.

Serves 4 to 6

Frozen meat may be used if you desire to use a timer on the oven, cooking it 4 hours.

Frozen meat may be put in the oven before leaving for work in the morning
